THE COLOUR ROOM'S TRAINING ACADEMY BRINGS MORE HOME-GROWN TALENT TO THE SALON FLOOR
A major focus in the last twelve months on the development of our in-house Training Academy has come to fruition with four young trainees progressing onto the salon floor as Intermediate Stylists. Two of these, Hannah Bailey and Lianne Walker have recently been promoted to full Stylist status and are rapidly building their own loyal client base. Creative Director and Head of Training, James Tetlow says: "It is wonderful to bring our trainees through the salon's comprehensive practical cutting & styling and colouring training programmes and to see their skills and confidence grow. To fit in with The Colour Room's customer care ethos and the exacting technical and creative standards we demand for our clients, our aim is to develop our hairdressing team in-house, maintaining the excellence and consistency of the services we provide to our clients".
